Q.E. (Quantitative Easing) refers to an expansive monetary policy in which a central bank prints new money to buy government bonds or other securities and thus stimulate the economy.
The year is 2008. The economy is in ruins.
You play one of the largest nations in the world, and it is your job to support the economy by printing money to save companies.
Various companies are auctioned off in order to save them.
At the end of the game, each of them will be worth victory points. Since you control your nation's central bank, the money printing presses belong to you, and you can bid whatever you want: $99 - fine. $99,000,000,000 - also OK.
Bidding on the companies to score points, but be careful. If you're the nation that has spent the most money during the game, you're eliminated.
Be sure to start the inflation wave at just the right moment.
