Screw-in heaters are versatile for heating liquid media. EHK G1 1/2 with V2A nipples are primarily for aggressive water and aqueous solutions.
3 tubular heaters ø 8.5mm made of stainless steel 1.4404, hard-soldered into V2A nipples G1 1/2. 6000 W, 400 V 3(N)~, immersion depth 470 mm, surface load 10 W/cm², unheated zone 60 mm. Universal version without controller, sensor conduit ø 10x0.5 mm, stainless steel connection housing IP66.
Use, for example, in washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. These devices are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes.
Supplied with PG16 cable gland, without cable. When selecting, the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium must be considered and verified on site. Not permitted for enameled tanks with a protective anode.
