With the XXL "Granito" roasting pan and the matching "Casseroles" recipe book, you can create delicious roasts, chicken, casseroles, braised vegetables, and much more in no time. The roasting pan's size allows you to create extra-large portions for the whole family, ensuring everyone will be satisfied! The high rim of the pan also prevents overflow and keeps the oven clean at all times. The practical locking points in the handle area allow a second pan to be used as a lid if necessary. The particularly strong 4-layer non-stick coating is the highlight of the Granito series. When used as recommended, it ensures a significantly increased service life and ideally prevents sticking, even of heavy oven-roasted foods. The molds are also easy to clean, and their pleasant weight guarantees simple and comfortable handling. We recommend manual cleaning with warm water and a little dish soap.
