With this versatile gas grill, various cooking methods are child's play. The grill can be used as a traditional smoker, as a steamer, or as a conventional grill. In every function, you benefit from the large capacity and the significantly simpler operation compared to conventional appliances, and from the fact that only one appliance is required.
The powerful gas burner generates enough heat to ensure reliable cooking even when the cooking chamber is fully occupied. The firebox is separated from the grill as a separate component. This allows for maximizing the usable volume of the cooking chamber and also makes controlling the fire easier and more convenient. This also allows the cooking chamber to remain closed throughout the entire cooking process, resulting in more even cooking, even if you frequently adjust the heat or add more aromatic wood. Using the water bowl, you can vary the cooking process; instead of plain water, you can add seasoned water, marinades, or broths to give the food a special flavor. Additionally, the smoker box can be used to smolder aromatic wood of your choice, thus operating the grill as a smoker.
