One of the oldest and most well-known preservation methods is back in fashion: fermentation - simply layer healthy vegetables, finely sliced, coarsely chopped, or divided into florets, seasoned as desired, in the glass container. Sauerkraut, aromatic kimchi, delicious cucumbers, or crunchy-sour carrots are quick and safe to make, and you control the quality and taste. After about 3-6 weeks, the pickled, nutrient- and vitamin-rich vegetables can be enjoyed. Fruits such as strawberries and pineapples are also suitable for fermentation. The decorative, food-safe, acid-resistant borosilicate glass also serves as odorless storage thanks to the sealable vent.
