The "ProMenu 2100" mobile single induction cooktop is as fast as gas and saves up to 50% energy compared to glass ceramic. Thanks to the automatic pot detection for induction cookware and the built-in overheating protection, the 2100-watt designer cooktop is also very safe. The 12 power and temperature levels allow for very fine adjustment of the required temperature – perfect for simmering. The temperature preset can be set from 60 to 240°C, and the timer function allows for a cooking time of 1 to 180 minutes. With a sensor-touch display (operated under glass) and a large digital display, the ProMenu 2100 is easy and intuitive to use.
