The practical vegetable slicer with a V-shaped stainless steel blade is ideal for easily and evenly slicing lettuce, cabbage, potatoes, sauerkraut, apples, onions, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, cheese, sausage, and much more.
The extra-sharp V-blade with a micro-fine grind cuts from two sides. For slices of 1.5/ 2.5/ 3.5 mm and julienne of 3.5/ 7 mm. 5 interchangeable blades, easy to change. Caution: Extra-sharp blades with special grinding.
With the V-slicer, you can choose between five different cutting options:
- Wafer-thin slices
- Medium slices
- Thick slices
- Sticks
- Fine julienne strips
This versatile kitchen helper is easy to store and saves space, as the base is foldable, making the slicer versatile:
- With the base unfolded, for slicing on a flat surface
- With the base folded in, for slicing on a bowl
For safe cutting, the V-slicer is equipped with feet made of non-slip material.
The finger guard holder ensures a firm hold and easy changing of the various cutting inserts.
A cutting guard for the V-blade when not in use is also included. Included is a storage stand for the cutting inserts. Dimensions: 42 x 13 x 6 cm.
