The V-shaped Julienne Slicer "VIOLO 2.0" is a device for every kitchen and a great aid for everyday life. The V-shaped blades cut reliably and precisely. The replaceable blades are made of knife steel and are very durable.
The cutting thicknesses can be adjusted in 5 steps from 1 mm to 5 mm. For this purpose, there is a rotary wheel on the handle with which the blade can be moved up and down.
The delivery includes two blade inserts for cutting fine julienne strips and a storage box for safely storing the interchangeable blades.
Two non-slip silicone feet are attached to the lower end. This ensures that the slicer sits neatly on the work surface while grating and does not slip.
