The reversible waffle iron is a cast-iron pan that allows you to prepare both savory and sweet waffles in no time. The included support frame provides a precisely fitting base on which you can place the waffle iron, preventing it from tipping over and slipping. The waffle iron consists of two parts connected by a hinge. Pre-formed notches secure the cast-iron pan in the frame. The locking mechanism holds the iron together and remains securely closed even during the turning process: This prevents your waffle batter from flowing out of the mold.
