The high-quality, forged aluminum pan with a base thickness of 4.5 mm guarantees optimal heat conduction right to the edge and also saves energy. Thermo-Touch technology with its unique micro-honeycomb structure ensures extremely low-fat cooking with perfectly crispy frying results all around. Thanks to the special rough surface and triple, scratch-resistant, ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating, very little fat is needed for even frying results. The fat is distributed in the recesses without directly contacting the food, cooking as if on an "air cushion." Perfect for easy and gentle food preparation.
