Application method: Conventional spraying, airless and airmix spraying, brushing, and rolling. Adjust the spray viscosity with a maximum of 10% TRACTOL thinner. Thinning is usually not necessary for airless application. To achieve optimal paintwork, pressure and nozzle should be adjusted to the respective conditions.

Drying times at 65% rel. Humidity:

 Temperature Straubdry:                  

• + 10°C= approx. 4 Hours
• + 20°C= approx. 2 hours
• + 30°C= approx. 1.5 hours

Temperature dry:

• + 10°C= approx. 12 hours
• + 20°C= approx. 5 hours
• + 30°C= approx. 3 Hours

Temperature Recoatability:

• + 10°C = approx. 15 hours
• + 20°C = approx. 8 hours
• + 30°C = approx. 4 hours

NOTES:

During application, the object temperature must be at least 3°C ​​above the dew point.

Surface preparation: The surface to be coated must be free of dust, rust, mill scale, oil, salt, moisture, and other contaminants.

Recommended paint system: 1 x TRACTOL Primer + 1 – 2 x TRACTOL Color Coat

Recoatability: TRACTOL Color Coat can be recoated with itself.
