*The vehicle's range is influenced by several factors: defensive or offensive driving style of the driver (constantly full throttle or not), payload: weight of the driver and luggage, topography of the route: flat terrain or mountainous routes, road surface characteristics: gravel paths, cobblestone roads, asphalt, etc., low tire pressure, Environmental conditions such as headwind, wet road surface, etc., climate or temperature and humidity. Under optimal conditions (straight, paved road, no headwind, dry weather, payload of approximately 70 kg, and defensive driving), the vehicle achieves the stated range. The range can be significantly reduced under negative parameters.

Driver's license:

Minimum age 15 years (§ 10 FeV): No license required. Considered as a wheelchair lift (§4, paragraph 2): maximum width of 110 cm, maximum unladen weight of 300 kg, maximum total weight of 500 kg, electric drive, max. one seat. With a special permit, this vehicle may also be driven without a minimum age.

Insurance/License plate:

Insurance and license plate (moped license plate) are required. An EU type approval (COC) and a TÜV certificate are included with the vehicle. With this certificate, you can obtain a moped license plate from your insurance company or bank. Wheelchairs that travel faster than 6 km/h must be equipped with a reflective warning sign on the rear.

Helmet requirement:

There is no helmet requirement for drivers of motorcycles that do not reach a design speed higher than 20 km/h. (6th Exception Regulation to the StVZO dated March 24, 1994)

Registration:

STVZO approved, with EU type approval (COC) and TÜV certificate. Use on roads with no minimum speed and on cycle paths approved for mopeds. No registration required, no TÜV required.
