Recommended use
Sprinkling method:
Sprinkle "COMPO Algae Lime for Boxwood Trees" sparingly over the leaves of the boxwood tree until a thin layer of lime is visible. The lime should remain on the leaves for a maximum of 24 hours and then be watered in with a watering can.
Spraying method:
Alternatively, the algae lime can be dissolved in water and then sprayed onto the boxwood tree leaves until wet. Application is recommended in the morning or evening hours – do not use in strong sunlight. To do this, take 20 g of algae lime (one tablespoon) and stir it into 5 L of water. Please stir or shake the solution well before use. For plants that are not weakened, soil application is also suitable: sprinkle 40-50 g/m² onto the soil. 1 tablespoon of seaweed lime = approx. 20 g

Tip:
Boxwood is recommended to be pruned twice a year: in April/May and in August/early September. Please do not prune the boxwood after mid-September. After pruning a boxwood, the cutting tools should be disinfected before pruning another boxwood to contain any potential pathogens.
