If you have the AL-KO MT 40 multi-tool, you can easily transform the base tool into a pole pruner with the CSA 4020 attachment. Thanks to the tool-free quick-change system, the attachment is attached in a snap – and tree pruning can begin.

The high-quality 20 cm guide bar with cutting chain allows you to easily cut through even thicker branches without jamming, getting stuck, or the chain breaking. This allows for fatigue-free, body-friendly work overhead – supported by the included carrying strap.

Thanks to the battery operation of the base unit, you have a large operating radius with great freedom of movement without having to worry about annoying cables. This is particularly advantageous when working overhead and on ladders. In addition, the electric motor is significantly lighter than a comparable gasoline-powered model and allows for quiet, emission-free, and low-maintenance use at any time of day.

The robust cutting chain, with a cutting length of 20 cm and a cutting thickness of 10 cm, enables rapid work progress while remaining easy to handle. The virtually vibration-free, battery-powered, latest-generation electric motor also promotes precise cutting results.

Thanks to the included shaft extension, you can extend the pole pruner by 70 cm, achieving a working height of up to 4 m.

With one battery charge of the EnergyFlex 40 V/5 Ah Li-ion battery in the MT 40 base unit, you can work for up to 30 minutes. An empty battery can be recharged in approximately 2 hours.
