The deceptively realistic wooden look gives the gazebo an exceptionally elegant design and blends in visually with any garden or patio. The sail is flexible and can be opened or closed as needed. The four legs are attached to the ground with screws. Attractive caps conceal the screws and provide an aesthetic finish.

This high-quality gazebo is designed for year-round use and can safely overwinter outdoors. We recommend storing the sun sail indoors during the winter months. Assembly is straightforward and can be completed by two people within a few hours. The clear, illustrated instructions assist with assembly. The screw kit with bolts for anchoring to the ground is included.

The manufacturer Sojag grants a guarantee (**see warranty overview) on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty extends geographically to Austria, Switzerland, and the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion:

- free repair of the goods or
- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (or a successor model if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by

- improper or inappropriate handling
- environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- non-observance of any safety precautions
- non-observance of the operating instructions
- use of force (e.g. blows, impacts, falls)
- unauthorized Repair attempts
- normal wear and tear

A claim under the warranty requires that the guarantor be given the opportunity to examine the warranty claim by sending in the goods. Please ensure that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service without this copy. The receipt of the invoice is used to calculate the warranty period. You must also provide the name and address of the seller, unless this is clear from the enclosed copy of the invoice.

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty will be processed freight-free. Any shipping costs you incur will then be reimbursed by the guarantor.
