Cold application:
The gel pad is cooled in the freezer and is then quickly ready to use on injuries, bruises, strains, headaches, etc.
Heat application:
The gel pad is simply heated in the microwave at 150°C for about 2 minutes. A temperature of >60°C should be avoided. Heat can have a positive effect on improved blood circulation and thus help with tension and pain.
The soft, supple textiles guarantee maximum comfort.The breathable mesh material on the back prevents heat and moisture build-up.
