The "HappyCow" cow grooming machine is activated by the cows themselves by gently lifting the brush via an automatic control system. After switching on, the brush runs for approximately 60 seconds. After this time interval has elapsed, the cows can activate it again as often as they like. On average, the machine is used 5-6 times per day per cow, regardless of the cows' ranking.

  • Utilizes the natural grinding behavior of the cow, which presses its body against the device and thus switches it on.
  • Particularly suitable for loose housing, as the animals can move freely there.
