The grill bars are ideal for steaks, sausages, etc., and create an appetizing grill pattern. Fish, seafood, flatbreads, etc., can be perfectly prepared on the smooth area.

The cast-in heating element ensures direct, extremely fast heat distribution within the plate. The temperature is kept constant. The innovative "Hot Zone" reaches high temperatures particularly quickly. The advantage: the pores close very quickly – the grilled food stays juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Even spare ribs and steaks are grilled perfectly without drying out.

The continuously adjustable temperature control ensures optimal results every time.

Excess fat and cooking juices drain into the drip tray, which not only allows for low-fat grilling but also reduces smoke and odor development – ​​ideal for indoor use.
