With the COMPACT vegetable slicer, you can process vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, beets, mushrooms, onions, carrots and fruit such as apples, pears, etc. into even slices, continuously adjustable up to 5 mm, with little effort. Thanks to the V-shaped blade made of sharp, special blade steel, the effort required when cutting is reduced and the cut is clean and precise. Two julienne blade inserts with 1.5 and 6 mm cutting widths allow for the quick and easy creation of precise, fine and wider vegetable strips (julienne).
The wide handle and the non-slip rubberized base ensure safe working. The residue holder protects your fingers, allowing you to safely process food down to the smallest scraps. A notch at the bottom of the compact vegetable slicer provides a secure grip, even on bowls.
