The low-temperature cooking method makes your food particularly delicious: meat or fish succulent like never before, vegetables crisp and fresh!
Due to the low cooking temperature of under 100°C during smoking, your food cooks slowly and gently. The food hardly loses any of its juiciness, as the liquids don't evaporate at these low temperatures (unlike conventional cooking with temperatures of up to 300°C), and the food therefore never dries out.
The special flavor of smoking is imparted to the food by the smoky aroma. The longer the food stays on the grill, the more intense the smoky aroma becomes. The aroma can also be further refined by adding different types of wood, such as cherry, alder, or pine, to the fire. This gives you countless options to achieve your individual taste or simply enjoy a variety of flavors!
Of course, this grill cart can also be used as a conventional grill for direct heat cooking. Fires can be lit in both chambers to prepare food. Thanks to the large grilling surface, even larger events can be easily accommodated!
