This frying pan is made of extra-heavy cast iron and features a robust riveted cold-metal handle. The pan also features a new PFAS-free VITAFLON® QUARZIT non-stick coating with a high-quality, brilliant finish and excellent non-stick properties, which is extremely hard and scratch-resistant. Furthermore, the pan has an integrated honeycomb base for better oil and fat distribution, making it ideal for crispy fried foods.
The use of cast iron in the manufacture of this pan ensures optimized and rapid heat distribution, making it
